Matte lips are all the rage. Mac, Maybelline, Milani, Jordana and now Ruby Kisses has released a matte lipstick collection this year. But what makes Ruby Kisses' collection special is that they are introducing bold and offbeat colors in an ultra matte formula. As soon as I saw these colors and the words ultra matte, my first thought was Melt Cosmetics dupes. The display has testers so here's some swatches I did in store:
