OCC Makeup has given their Lip Tars a huge makeover. Begone are the days where you'd have to worry about carrying a lip brush if you wanted to make sure your lips were perfect throughout the day. Now they'll be debuting new packaging that features a traditional tube and doe-foot applicator like most liquid lipsticks. OCC Lip Tars are now Ready to Wear! But don't worry if you adored the old packaging and prefer to use a lip brush to perfect your pout, they'll still be available to purchase as well.
