Liquid to matte lipsticks have blown up in popularity so it was only a matter of time until they started to invade the drugstore level. NYX and Milani both recently released their own liquid lipstick lines and now Revlon is entering with a line of their own. Excuse the wet swatches as these do in fact dry matte. However, the shade range looks very similar to their Colorburst Matte Balms. 

Expect to see these most likely with a price tag under $10 this November.
